What is the location of my server?

The servers are operated in the Maincubes data center in Frankfurt am Main.

Why can't I connect to my server?

On our servers, Fail2ban is preconfigured, so it happens that when three SSH connection attempts fail, an iptables rule is created which filters your requests. To connect to the server again, you need to change your IP or restart the server to discard all iptables rules.

How long does it take for my domain to work?

All ordered domains are automatically registered immediately, until the domain and its new entries are functional, it can take up to 24 hours.

What payment methods can be used?

What is meant by "fair use traffic"?
